Safety Assured Ltd - Implementation of Door Finger Protectors.

WordMaster has been hired by Safety Assured Ltd to assist the company to implement door finger protectors in schools and nurseries in order to prevent traumatic door finger trapping injuries suffered by children.

This is an on-going project that involves the following:

  • Writing responses to request for proposals
  • Liaising with door safety specialists, health and safety advisers and other experts in the field to develop the Door Safety Standard (DSS)
  • Preparing proposals and presentations for Local Authorities and sponsors of the Door Safety System
  • Working with insurance companies to reduce pay-outs for door related injuries
  • Working with charitable organisations to generate funds to offer schools and nurseries free risk assessments

The outcome of the project so far is positive and WordMaster will continue working with the client in the next 12-18 months in order to conclude a project that could prevent 80,000 door related injuries every year, which would save the NHS in excess of £240 million.

CR2 Ltd - Development of Training Courses.

WordMaster has recently worked with CR2 Ltd to develop training courses for its entire product suite, BankWorld.

CR2 is the leading global provider of self-service banking software solutions. CR2’s unique BankWorld solution empowers financial institutions with the ability to deliver a complete suite of integrated electronic self-service channels including ATM, Internet, Mobile, and Kiosk from a single self-service platform.

WordMaster worked in collaboration with the client’s technical team and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop a total of 15 instructor led training courses covering system overview, configuration, administration and maintenance. The courses were based on the actual BankWorld system installed on virtual machines, allowing WordMaster to create training material that matched the system installed on CR2’s client sites.

The training courses developed by WordMaster play a core part in CR2’s sales and implementation process. They and have systemised the process of training and reduced the time and resources required to train CR2's customers and staff. CR2 was impressed with the efficiency of WordMaster services and continues to use the company to develop further training courses.
